Photo Stencil Acquired by Kachi Partners Colorado Springs-based Photo Stencil, a manufacturer of printed circuit board assembly and inspection tools, has been acquired in a leveraged buy-out by private equity firm Kachi Partners, Kachi reported Tuesday. Details of the transaction were not disclosed, though Kachi did say its purchase was financed with debt from Denver-based Fifth Third Bank and Massachusetts-based Mirus Capital Advisors, which also advised Photo Stencil. Established in 1979, Photo Stencil is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo., and has operations in Mexico and Malaysia.
