    Limelight Files For IPO

    Tempe, Arizona-based content delivery network provider Limelight Networks has filed for an IPO, according to a filing with the SEC. Limelight said in the filing, which was made Thursday afternoon, that it would seek to raise up to $201M in an IPO on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "LLNW". The IPO is being underwritten by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, Jeffries & Company, and Piper Jaffray. According to the filing, Limelight reported a loss of $3.7M on revenues of $64.3M for the year ending December 2006. Limelight provides conten delivery services for rich media companies, including video, music, games, and software.
