EverLater, a startup developing an online service to share travel experiences, has been acquired by MapQuest, EverLater announced this week. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Everlater was a graduate of TechStars, having been part of the program in 2009. The firm was venture backed by Highway 12 Ventures, having raised a total of around $750,000 in funding. The company had been started by CEO Nathaniel Abbott in his parent's basement in four years ago.
