Denver, Colorado-based Digabit, a developer of software for managing technical documentation, said this week that it has added Alex Fernandez to its board of directors. Fernandez is President and COO of Acorn Systems, and also is on the advisory boards of Oak Forest Ventures and HighRadius Corporation. Digabit sells its software to manufacturers and others who need to manage their electronic parts catalogs.
