CSG Systems International Inc., a supplier of outsourced customer management services, revealed Monday that its agreement with cable service provider Comcast Corp. has been extended through 2012. CSG said the revised contract represents a four-year extension to its existing agreement with Comcast. The financial impact of the new contract was not disclosed. However, CSG said the scope of customer care and billing products and services that it will provide to Comcast under the new agreement is consistent with those offered under the previous contract. Headquartered in Englewood, Colo., CSG manages customer interactions for its clients. The company's services include setup and activation of customer accounts, sales support, order processing, customer billing, invoice mailing and management reporting.
