Englewood, Colorado-based CSG International said this morning that it has acquired a Swedish software company, Ascade. The deal was worth approximately $19M in cash. Ascade is a developer of trading and routing software used by telecommunications companies in the wholesale market. CSG said the acquisition will expand and strengthen its geographic presence.
