Tempe, Arizona-based Corrent has released a new wireless firewall and VPN appliance it is targeting at small businesses. The firm said today that its new SR25 security appliance integrates WiFi security, based on Microsoft's Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004. The new appliance integrates a 802.11g router and access point as part of its firewall product. The firewall leverages Microsoft's stateful inspection and application layer firewall, IDS, VPN, and web caching capability.
