Convercent, a Greenwood Village, Colorado-based developer of compliance software for the enterprise, has raised $10.2M in a funding round, the firm said this morning. The round was led by Azure Capital Partners and Mantucket Capital, and also included City National Bank. Convercent said it provides a cloud-based application which integrates values, governance and compliance activities. The company is led by Patrick Quinlan. More information »
