Denver-based CloudSync, a developer of mobile device management software, has been acquired by California-based Good Technology, Good said today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to Good Technology, it will use the acquisition to complement its Good for Enterprise products. CloudSync develops software which is used to manage the mobile devices of enterprises, including Microsoft Windows mobile, Windows laptops, and Blackberry devices. The firm's customers included US Airways and The Container Store. Good Technology did not detail the impact of the acquisition on CloudSync's Denver operations.
