Circadence Gets Another Patent, Number 24
Boulder-based Circadence, which develops WAN optimization products, reported today that it has received its 24th United States patent. The patent, 8,195,823, is entited "Dynamic network link acceleration". The patent's inventors are Randy Thornton, Marlin Popeye McFate, and Robert John Shaughnessy. The USPTO reports that the patent was originally filed on September 14, 2009. Circadence said it would "actively enforce" the patent against other companies.
