Denver-based C-Lock Technology, which managed greenhouse gas emissions for clients, said today that it has acquired a British Columbia-based firm, Carbon Credit Corp, for $1.8M. C-Lock is a subsidiary of Evergreen Energy; Carbon Credit Corp. offers strategic consulting for greenhouse gas emissions, and software tools for measuring carbon credits. C-Lock said that CCC will be renamed C-Lock Technology-Canada.
