Boston Life Labs Acquired by NantWorks, Moved To Phoenix

Boston Life Labs, a Boston-based developer of systems for remotely monitoring patient biometric data, has moved to Phoenix as part of an acquisition by NantWorks, a firm which has been acquiring life sciences companies and other technology firms for biotech entrepreneur Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Nantwork said that Boston Life Labs will be renamed as NantCare, and will set the center of its operations as Phoenix.
