Fullerton, California-based scientific instruments firm Beckman Coulter said Monday that it has acquired the Fort Collins' research flow cytometry instrumentation business of Dako Denmark A/S. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Dako's flow cytometry instrument business employs nearly 200 people, who will join Beckman Coulter. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year.
