Denver-based Alpine Access, which operates a service for virtual contact centers, announced today that it has "strong" double digit growth and signed multiple new clients. The privately held firm did not disclose any actual financials. According to the firm, 2009 was the third straight year of double-digit increases in its revenue and profitability. Alpine Access operates a business which provides contact centers for clients, based on a virtual network of employees who work remotely from home, but conected into the firm's systems. The firm claims its saves its customers 25% versus brick-and-mortar operations.
