Allegiance Wins More Hospitals
South Jordan, Utah-based feedback management software publisher Allegiance revealed this morning that hospitals across the country are adopting its Engage platform. According to Allegiance, more than 20 percent of the nation's hospitals now use Allegiance applications to manage and respond to patient and employee feedback gathered from multiple channels, including e-mail, Web forms, printed documents and telephone calls. As examples, Allegiance said it recently secured the business of Holy Cross Hospital of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital of Hamilton, N.J. The financial impact of the customer wins was not disclosed.
