Salt Lake City, Utah-based Allegiance, a provider of systems for enterprise feedback, has signed up a customer in Texas. The firm said that Extraco Corp, an independent bank in Central Texas, has selected the firm's active listening system for customer feedback. The Allegiance product will be used to collect, manage, and analyze customer feedback from the bank's 15 financial centers. The size of the deal was not disclosed. Allegiance will provide online surveys and feedback capability to the bank.
