Allegiance Helps Florida Hospital Manage Feedback
South Jordan, Utah-based Allegiance Inc., a developer of software that tracks and measures customer interaction and employee loyalty, announced Wednesday that Holy Cross Hospital, a 571-bed medical facility in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has deployed Allegiance's PatientVoice utility. Allegiance explained that PatientVoice is a Web-based application that simplifies the feedback-management process and facilitates patient communication. Size of the deal was not disclosed. Allegiance provides software used to track employee and customer feedback.
