Allegiance Gets Customer Win
Salt Lake City, Utah-based Allegiance, a provider of web-based feedback management software, has signed on a new customer. The firm said Wednesday that Dri-Eaz Products, a water damage restoration firm, has implemented its internal feedback software systems. Dri-Eaz is using Allegiance's Active Listing System product to gather feedback from its customers, employees, and partners. Allegiance provides a web-based feedback system used to poll customers and partners for customer service.
