Allegiance Focuses On Healthcare Providers
South Jordan, Utah-based Allegiance, a provider of software for feedback from customers and others, is targeting healthcare providers. The firm announced this week that it is offering healthcare providers with a web-based feedback solution for patients to express concerns, ask questions, and initiate dialogue with organizations. The firm said that its Allegiance Active Listening Systems includes PatientVoice, an online forum for healthcare organizations to collect, manage, analyze, and respond to patient feedback. The company's software is also used by employers to collect employee feedback anonymously.
