Lafayette, Colorado-based Aegis Analytical Corp., the developer of manufacturing and process management software headed by Robert Di Scipio, has been acquired by a California company for $30M. According to San Diego, California-based Accelerys, it has acquired Aegis to expand its footprint. Accelerys said it would retain key members of the Aegis management team and Aegis employees as part of the acquisition.
